Opintoseteli on valtion myöntämä rahoitus vapaan sivistystyön koulutuksen tukemiseksi, joka kattaa yleensä n. 50% koulutusmaksuista. Joissain tapauksissa Opintoseteli voi kattaa jopa 100% koulutusmaksuista.
Opintosetelin myöntää hakemuksen perusteella Opiston rehtori ja sen voi saada joko koko lukuvuodeksi tai syys/kevätlukukaudeksi. Myönnetty Opintoseteli ei vaikuta opiskelijan muihin saamiin etuuksiin.

A Study Voucher is funding granted by the state to support education in the liberal arts, which usually covers approx. 50% of the education fees. In some cases, the Study Voucher can cover up to 100% of the education fees.
A Study Voucher is granted by the Principal of the School and can be obtained either for the entire academic year or for the fall/spring semester. Granted Study Voucher does not affect any other benefits you might have.
